Birute Regine is a developmental psychologist and partner in Harvest Associates, Cambridge, MA, a writing and consulting company she founded with her husband, science writer Roger Lewin. Her new book Iron Butterflies:Women Transforming Themselves and the World, will be released this spring. The author spent several years in eight countries interviewing 60 successful women in all walks of life. They include leaders and executives in business and government as well as doctors, nurses, artists, a winemaker, and women in many other fields. She and her husband wrote Weaving Complexity and Business: Engaging the Soul at Work. Birute Regine conducts workshops across the country, speaks at business and women's conferences and colleges and offers life and executive coaching. Lisa Kimball,PhD, President and CEO of Plexus Institute, is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years experience as an organizational consultant with business, government and non profit organizations. As CEO of Metasystems Design Group and Executive Producer of Group Jazz she supported the efforts of teams, task forces, communities and organizations and specialized in helping them use new technology and social media. She is active in online community work, organizational development and skilled in applying complexity-inspired principles. She serves on the board of the Organization Development Network. Linda Rusch has over 30 years experience in Nursing Administration. She served as the CNO/Vice President of Patient Care Services at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, N.J. for 17 years after being CNO at Carrier Foundation in Bell Mead, N.J. Ms. Rusch is a graduate of Suffolk School of Nursing, Aldelphia University and Rutgers State University where she obtained a masters degree in both Community Health Nursing and Psych/Mental Health Nursing. Ms. Rusch is the recipient of the 1997 Governors Nursing Merit Award for Nursing Leadership, as well as, the Diva Award from the Institute of Nursing of NJANA. She was instrumental in creating a culture of excellence in nursing to warrant the international Magnet award in 2008.She is also an Advanced Practice Nurse in Psych/Mental Health Nursing. Ms. Rusch is a presenter on Shared Governance, complexity inspired principles related to leadership and patient satisfaction.
